I was able to find a few of the parts I needed, but a couple of others were out of stock. It was a bit frustrating, and I kind of felt dismissed when I tried to get more info about when they’d be available again

I was a little nervous at first because I’ve been fooled by online shops before, but this return went really smoothly. I sent back the scooter part and had my refund in just a few days. No hassle, no drama, which was a relief.

I hired a scooter from Scooter Village for the weekend, and overall it was a really easy experience. Booking didn’t take much effort, and the staff were friendly and explained everything I needed to know without overcomplicating it.
The scooter was clean, ran well the whole time, and made getting around so much more enjoyable. Pickup took a little longer than I’d expected, which is the only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5, but it didn’t ruin the experience. I’d happily use them again, and I drove away feeling glad I went with them

"Support was kind of disappointing"
I had a so-so experience with customer service. I’m not sure if they were just busy or what, but the replies took a while and I had to follow up a couple times just to get a simple answer.
The scooter itself seems fine overall, so I don’t want to make it sound worse than it was. But the support part definitely made the whole thing more frustrating than I expected after buying

I ordered online and the whole process was easy. I found what I needed without much hassle, and the price seemed fair. The delivery updates could’ve been a little better, but everything arrived fine in the end. Overall, I’m happy with it and would probably order again

I’ll be honest, after I paid I started feeling a bit unsure and wondered if everything would actually go smoothly. But the order showed up when they said it would, and there wasn’t any drama. The tracking was decent enough too. In the end, it all worked out and I’d probably use them again

"Good scooter, but setup was harder than it needed to be"
The scooter itself has been fine, but the setup and handover felt rushed. I expected someone to walk me through the basics, but not much was explained. I ended up having to figure out simple stuff on my own later, which made the whole thing more annoying than it should have been

"Easy warranty help"
I had a minor issue with my scooter after a few weeks and wasn’t sure how the warranty process was going to go (I was expecting a bit of a hassle). Scooter Village got back to me quickly, asked for a couple of photos, and sorted everything out without making it complicated. Really happy with how they handled it.

went in hoping to get some help with a scooter, but the whole visit felt rushed. the staff answered a couple questions, but they didn’t really explain much or take the time to walk me through anything.
i left still not totally sure what I needed or what the best option was. it wasn’t the worst experience, but I expected a little more help in-store and probably wouldn’t go back unless I already knew exactly what I wanted.

"Repairs Took Way Too Long"
In my experience, the service was just okay. The staff was fine, but the repairs took forever, and I felt like the cost ended up being high for what was done. I personally wouldn’t be in a rush to go back unless I had to.

"Actually Helpful Customer Service, Somehow"
Had a small issue after my delivery, so I emailed them fully expecting the usual customer service black hole. Shocking twist: they replied the next day and actually helped sort it out without turning it into some huge ordeal. It took a couple of messages to explain everything, but they were friendly and got it handled. Overall, happy with the experience. Would’ve been nice if the first reply had a bit more detail, but hey, apparently we can’t have everything.

"Good range and easy to browse"
I was looking for a new scooter for my dad and ended up spending way longer than planned on Scooter Village. They had a lot more choice than I expected, not just a couple of basic models. I liked that the scooters, parts, batteries, and little accessories were all in one place, because it made comparing things much easier without opening a million tabs. I’ll be honest, I’m usually wary of customer service with places like this and I try to avoid needing help if I can, so I was glad the site was straightforward enough to figure out on my own. We didn’t go for the fanciest scooter, but we found what we needed quickly. Good selection, easy browsing, and overall a solid experience. 5 stars from me

"showroom was a bit out of the way"
i wanted to see a scooter in person before deciding, but the showroom wasn’t in the most convenient spot for me. it took longer to get there than i thought it would, and figuring out the parking wasn’t very straightforward either.
the staff were fine once i got inside, no real complaints there, but the whole trip felt like more effort than it was worth. i probably wouldn’t go back unless i really needed to

I liked that they gave me a few different ways to pay, my gut feeling was that the financing option made things a lot easier for me. It did take me a little while to fully understand the terms, but once I went through it, it all made sense in the end...

Umm, i think it’s worth it for the price. It does what I needed it to do, and I feel like I got a decent deal overall.
